If someone is illegally using my SSN for work purposes, then what happens when I retire?
If one or more people were to use my Social Security number for the purpose of illegal employment in the United States, what happens when I retire and I am ready to receive Social Security benefits? Can the law breakers also draw Social Security payments using my number?

You're talking about identity theft and Social Security fraud. Potentially, you could all end up in prison.
If one of those people using your SSN retires before you do and claims your benefits, it will be up to you to prove they've stolen your identity. You can't both collect.
