You can't buy enchantments.
To learn new enchantments, take an already enchanted item and destroy it (disenchant) at the enchanters desk wherever they may be found.

You cant buy enchantments. You have to learn them.
To learn an enchatment, you have to find an enchanted item and "break it down" (done at the enchanting table). Note that in doing this, you will learn the item's enchantment, but the item will be lost.
after learning an enchatment, you can use it to enchant other weapons.

You enchant things yourself using Soul Gems or do you mean but already enchanted items? Every major town should have a blacksmith who sells enchanted armor/weapons. Or do you mean unlock more enchantments? To do that you need to get rid of an item that you have enchanted already, and thats how you learn it's ability.

To get enchantments you much go to an Arcane Enchanter ( there is one in dragons reach in whiterun) and select disenchant. You then must choose to disenchant any weapons you already have to learn that enchantment. Now all you need is a full soul gem and an item to enchant! hope this helps FUS DO RAHH

you don't buy them, you have to find an enchanted weapon, then disenchant to find out it's enchantment then enchant things yourself
