How do i name the rational numbers?

i don't understand these problems, i'm looking for a good explanation because i have a test Monday. Thanks in advance for the help! =]]
Name the rational numbers that are not integers from the list below

1. -4,0,9,19,5.59. square root of 3 ( sorry don't know how to put in the sign), square root of 100, 5 1/3, -9/37, and 1.2727727772

Which numbers below are integers but not natural numbers?

Use sqrt(3) for square root of 3. Likewise for any other square root of numbers or variables.

An integer is a counting number 1,2,3///, or a negative counting number -1, -2, -3... or 0

sqrt(100) = 10 so it is an integer as are -4,0,9,5,59.

That eliminates the integers.

1.27277277727777 etc is a rational number.

I have a doctorate in mathematics and I don't thin that I can explain my techniques, but that is equal to:

That is a ratio (fraction) of integer, so it is a rational number and clearly it is not an integer.

Answers:

5 1/3 = (16/3), 5.59 = (559/1000), -9/37, and 1.2727727772 = (29411969 / 23108578)

Natural numbers are the positive integers. The other integers which are not natural numbers are 0 and the negative integers.

So the answers are: 0 and -17 <--------------------

Note that -5.32 and -21/8 are not integers to begin with, although they are rational. Thus they are not part of the problem concerning integers.

sqrt(10) is irrational.
