My dog has a history of running out the door when someone comes in. I heard my mom starting to open the door and I had the dog on the couch. I reached over and held him tight to my chest like a hug. He bit down on my arm through my sleeve. One tooth mark is on the forearm and the other on the top of the arm. I didnt bleed, but there was one tooth mark left from the bite. The two areas started to swell and turned white. I put ice on it, and since then the white has gone back to normal skin colour and the swelling has gone down but not completley. The two areas that were affected from his teeth are hard when i touch them and a tad painful. What does this mean ? What should I do ?
